Great care

Brookdale was good for my Dad. They seemed to genuinely care. We had a great experience at Brookdale overall. We found the staff to be very polite and receptive, everyone seemed pleasant, and that they genuinely cared about my Dad's well being. The facility was kept clean, the food was good, and the staff were excellent.

Very positive overall experience

It's been a good experience so far for us, my mother turned 100 last month. Overall thoughts to date - Staff: Very friendly and kind, we've had no issues in that regard. Food: Excellent. Chef [name removed] does a great job putting out nutritious and consistently tasty meals. Cleanliness: my mother isn't able to see well or clean up after herself. Room for improvement

The staff is fantastic. They need new plumbing. I've never ate there, but the menu that is posted is never right.

Our family's experience

The staff was attentive. His room was kept clean, and his laundry was cleaned regularly. He received help with bathing as needed. There were plenty of activities available, although he did not participate. The room was adequate for one person. There were also three meal choices available.

Over all experience---5 stars. They were excellent. I had an occasion to speak with several members on different shifts. When I explained that I am [Name removed] MPOA, they asked for documentation, and rightly so. We sent both the signed, notorized docs for our brother who is the (POA) and me.
