Haven Care Birch House Facilities are clean and well maintained. Patient care ratio is 5:1. Keep in mind the one care giver provides all care for the residents as well as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. We have noted that showers do not follow any schedule and are given on a as needed basis or when time is available. Our small residential setting allows caregivers to become familiar with each resident’s individual needs, preferences, and daily routines. Personal care, including bathing, is based on each resident’s care plan, condition, comfort, and needs; however, we understand the importance of consistency and clear communication with families. We also appreciate your comments regarding scheduled activities. Activities should be meaningful, appropriate to each resident’s abilities, and consistently offered. My awesome experience

Activities at this time I have not see enough to answer. She is able to have visitors with out call a head. Oh yes, we would most definitely recommend Haven Care Birch House community to other families based on the experience so far.

The small number of residents was an attractive feature to me, offering fellowship in a small friendly group, instead of getting lost in the busy flow of a large facility. Haven Care Memory Care review

My mother is currently a resident at Haven Care Birch House. The staff is a mix, three of the providers are terrific and one is very non caring. The Activities are the only thing that I would rate lower than a 4. The residents do sit and watch TV a lot.

Excellent memory care home

There is nothing bad I can say about Haven Care. My Mother is living at another of their houses - they are both fantastic. We were fortunate to find them and be able to place my mom. They are indeed specialists in memory care and handle everything with skill and caring. Everyone who visits my mom is overwhelmed with the house, which is beautiful, and the care she receives.
