PositiveThe best place for my father
All 5's. We loved it there and highly recommend it to anyone. The care was excellent. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. They treated my father with great kindness and he was able to keep his dignity until the very end. The facility is always spotless. The meals were great!

Our experience at Cambridge has been amazing. The level of care is top notch. The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and they have fun activities every day. I can’t imagine a better facility for my father. The food is great too!!!

My mother has expressed that the menu is not always to her liking. Although, she can choose from a separate menu if she wants. I wish there was a way to encourage my mother to take part in more activities but you will not. I would say that Cambridge enhanced Senior Living would receive a four. We have found that 95% of staff are welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist. There is one more concern that we had and it has to do with the turnover of staff. The assisted living operation is outstanding. But we had a horrible experience with the rehab operation. I would recommend this assisted living facility to others.

My mother passed away [name removed]. Her time at Cambridge was positive with the exception of 10 days in the rehab (that was horrible). Everyone there was very nice and cooperative. I think the key is you need to ask a lot of questions and to visit daily or every other day. I never kept the schedule. I would just go anytime during the day or evening. The women and caregivers in the memory unit were very good.
