Horrible Place - not a person, just a bed

My dad was admitted to Symphony Tri-Cities in[date removed], after a hospital stay. We arrived later afternoon and were basically shown his rehab room and not offered any other assistance. We went out numerous times to ask for water, about dinner, what the care plan was, etc. They were busy talking, which was much more important than a patient. I'm giving a number 1 for all categories the person over the facility was leaving after I did my intake for my sister which she made feel secure in have my love one there, after that very poor management unconcerned,inconsiderate,disrespectful,no discipline followed up with staff is when needed, no I would not recommend any one to go there, my sister whole life has been altered but God will see us through.

Charming Assisted Living

The small size of this assisted living gives it such a cozy and safe feeling for my mother. We toured many other communities, but the quaint feeling of this center has proven to be the right choice. The director of the unit is warm and has eyes on my mom's care needs.
