PositiveEveryone on staff was responsive and helpful. Between them and hospice nurses. Etc. I feel my wife is well taken care of. They are good about keeping everything clean. I would recommend them to others who searching for care for a memory care patient.

PositiveChapters Living of Tulsa is a smaller facility than most, only 40+ residents. The present admin & mkt person are working to improve the location and esthetics with repairs, painting, new furniture, etc. since taking over the building a relatively short time ago. The floor staff is great and caring. They are actively looking for an activities director. The building is clean and no hint of "odors".

PositiveI think it's great. I found Mom a nice place. My dad passed away as soon as he got in there Mom she loves the place at chapter living. They just care about the residence and that if they can go, if they can move on their own, they're welcome to walk anywhere around the place, not tied down in one spot.

PositiveWell, this is my first experience, nothing to compare. I have been impressed so far. All the ladies are very attentive to the patients. Usually very clean. She is in a shared room and has plenty of space. I don't know about activities.

PositiveIt is not a huge facility so the personnel knows everyone. It has always been very clean and tidy when we visit. They keep the patients on a schedule ie breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time. The food is good and varied. They come in and clean Moms room, she is always clean ( though she complains when they have her shower it is a little cool!). They have a craft room where they can go. We are very happy she is in Known Memory Care.

CriticalI felt like they continually lied. They were not attentive to the residents. They herded them into a tv room and all the employees spent most of their time on their phones. Not much interaction at all except for herding them to dinner. No activities for residents and I never saw outside churches or singing.
