Everything is a 5 except the speed at which the food is served. That brings the rating down. We love our room, we love the rainforest, we love the activities, the food is delicious. The pool and the hot tub are great.

We did move my mother-in-law into Brookdale. Unfortunately it was not the right fit for her. We were disappointed in a few facets of her time there. Brookdale, on the other hand, was not sufficiently staffed to help in memory care level 1 and asked us to find a new place that could handle our needs 2.5 months after she moved in. Less than a month after she moved in, my mother-in-law fell and broke her hip on their watch. It took us pushing for her to go to the hospital, four days after the fall. I would not recomme…
