Clarendale at Bellevue Place

Everyone was really friendly and remembered my name right from the beginning. The apartment was a perfect size and shape for my husband in a wheelchair. It was like going to a restaurant to go to supper and the food tasted like good restaurant food

The guide was excellent. She spent a lot of time with us and obviously loves her job. She gave us materials to take home and even invited us to activities there. She highlighted many of the activities available to the residents. There was a general happy atmosphere there.

Phenomenal Place!

We were in a horrible situation when A Place for Mom reached out to us and recommended Clarendale. As soon as their website was updated the first and almost immediate call was from [name removed] at Clarendale. The facility is close to my home making it possible to conveniently visit every day. The common areas are very nice and inviting. The memory care area, even though being a restricted area, doesn't feel confining to the residents. The facility is in a very practical location for shopping and walking in a safe location. It is very clean and organized. I did only spoke to one staff member so I am not able to provide feedback on what employees feel about the environment. Employee engagement and loyalty are important to keeping the quality of service at a highly established goal. It is key to resident satisfaction. Marketing personnel are Professional and polite. I enjoyed this preview of the facility.

The facility was very well maintained and clean and decorated professionally. It was very large. I was interested in memory care but got a very cursory tour of that part of the facility. I was asked a lot of questions about the person for whom the facility would be for and I didn't mind answering. I gave them permission to assess her upon my leaving. This That was on a Friday. caring, patient staff made the difference. Would recommend

Reasoning for rating of Admin staff: she was extremely nice but several of the 'sales' points were either untrue, exaggerated or not applicable to our patient. However, the memory care staff (nurses and techs) make up for this. They are beyond kind and patient with the residents!
