★★★★★
PositiveI recently toured Clayton Oaks facility and found it to be extremely well planned, with a lot of open spaces and outdoor patios. The facility was spotless and they were just finishing some remodeling. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing answers to all of my questions. The cost was very reasonable for all the many services they provide.

CriticalThey hire unqualified help that don't care and not enough hires at that. The ones that do care end up with all the work. My mother was in memory care. With the money being charged for that, It's time the marketplace upgrades that type of care all the way around. They had an almost complete turnover of staff while my mother was there 5 months.

PositiveThe staff is friendly, caring and observant and attentive with the clients needs. The dining room is spacious and the food I am told by the client is very good. The bedroom is spacious and the restroom is large and easy to accommodate a wheelchair or a walker. I am very pleased with this facility.

The residents range from independent to fully dependent on assistance. All are welcoming and have full, rich life stories to share. We have made many new friends. Everyone is able to do some or all activities. My husband enjoys the social life, ga…
