The onboarding (sales) was a 5. Very on top of communications and assurances. Once we were in, the problems started. We needed the landline phone but it was messed up for 6 weeks. Cable tv not set up correctly for several days (these things are critical for elderly) Medicine needs not handled well and extra work for all of us to sort out; we are getting full retail medicine bills because nobody filed through insurance like they were supposed to and we are still not out of the woods on this; Nursing staff not a…
