I was impressed with how comfortable the patients were with each other and the staff. Each cottage was easily accessible for inter campus activities. would recommend but opportunities for improvement

Positive: My father in law likes the food and the staff. He has gained weight which is good. His room is clean and he is clean. Negative: They have had a lot of staff turnover. He has recently had a couple medication errors, he fell out of his wheelchair once (no injury), the administrators are slow to respond to inquiries about these events.

It was a good experience but the elderly individual that was touring said not for him. As for myself, the courtyard offered serenity.

the staff cares about their patients

The cottages at green valley has provided my wife with a safe and caring environment. They do field trips once a week. The administrative staff, however, has problems returning phone calls. Maybe hey are too busy on return them.

My Mom is SO Happy in this Beautiful Community!

We tried the fancy, chandeliered places with menus for dining, and Mom (transitional AL to MC) was lost in the bldg & frightened once she closed the door to her apt. Her move to The Cottages has been great. Moving while she could still learn her environment & make friends was Critical. She is safe; has friends; cared for; entertained & not afraid at night Residents live within a secure perimeter, w freedom of movement to walk the grounds, play on the putting green, sit by the fountain, get some sun or head over to…

Our family's impression of The Cottages, Six months in

So this facility is polar opposite from where we had her before, which was [community removed]. Everything there was modern and brand new and beautiful, but honestly, this facility fits her better. One, it offers Assisted Living while her other facility didn't. And I always felt like the last facility she didn't feel comfortable in, it was just too fancy for her as far as the menu and the activities.
