Friendly staff - overall great experience

For a double my mom has a smaller size. The staff seems really friendly and nice willing to go out of their way for the patient. The only thing I didn't like was that for memory they hide the soap toothpaste so they have to ask for soap or to brush their teeth and if they're in the memory unit, they're not gonna ask. That's the only issue that I have is with the washing their hands and the toothpaste. I was looking for a caring place for my Mom's golden years and Parkway checks all the boxes for us, [name removed] and [name removed] answered all of our questions and concerns, we feel comfortable knowing Mom will be taken care of, with care here. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and answer all the questions we had. Made it an easy choice! 5 stars

Sad inexperienced management and employees.

I would not recommend Parkway to anyone . They are disorganized and do not have the management or the qualified personnel. I would give them a D on the report card .

It was recently updated so everything is new. Yes, I would recommend Parkway Assisted Living and Memory Care community to other families based on the experience so far.

Great Care

My sister's been in there for a year and it is an OK place, but it is extremely expensive for the level of care, but I find that for all the other places I looked at too. Even though it seems like all the nursing homes, especially in Nevada are very expensive. I do like the one-to-one care that my sister gets at Parkway and I know when I'm not there she is getting all the attention that she needs.
