They have up to 5 activities residents can engage in throughout each day Monday-Friday. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful and my person there loves the food. They do a wonderful job decorating the public areas and the facility is always clean and bright. The rooms are a nice size and they take great care of the residents there.

Critical[name removed] does not return any calls from myself or my wife concerning my mother in laws status on the waiting list for memory care!! They claim that the A&D waiver program is acceptable for partial payment with the remainder coming from her income and told is she was at the top of the waiting list..next in line over a year ago but since then they will not return our calls.very unprofessional!!

The staff is friendly. Communication with the family is good. The director is pretty busy, but does a good job. The food seems to be good. The facility is clean. Housekeeping is done, but I don't think it's as often as it should be. When they do clean, they do a great job. They just don't seem to clean as often as promised., but I understand that could also be due to short staffing. They do offer transportation, but we use the in house Dr. They also have a pretty good variety of activities and exercise for the resi…
