Do not recommend

My family member was recently at this facility for rehabilitation to help her return home. The facility was over all nice, most of the employees seem to be very helpful, the food was good with plenty of choices to pick from if your family member preferred something other than what was on the menu, there was plenty of activities to engage in and they provided church services every Sunday. Horrible

My father had been in the hospital for the previous nine days and needed some extra care the family thought better given by "professionals." Boy, were we ever wrong! We paid the requisite $2,100 up front and after the first two days it was obvious this wasn't a place that was taking care of anyone. Creekside employs a skeleton staff one RN (daytime only) for 19 patients plus a one or two other aid workers who are each acerbic in their own way and behave largely indifferent to all patients' needs. A nice community

The staff seem nice at this community. My only issue is that dad has not seen the doctor since he moved in. The community is clean and he seems to like the food. The rooms are a good size and nice. I did talk to some of the residents before dad moved in and they said they liked it here.

Best in class. Residents live in individual cottages with all the amenities of home and more. They have all levels of care from independent to minimal, intermediate and advanced care. Its all there under one campus facility. Hospital and doctors are across the street.
