Exceptional support and compassionate staff

I am very pleased with the quality of care my mom has received at Deerfield Village. One thing that really stands out is the staff, they are dedicated and compassionate. Because it's a smaller facility there's a real sense of community. Everyone pitches into help regardless of their specific job. When my mom first arrived, she needed extra attention as she was recovering from recent fall and had just come out of rehab. She also faced the medical complications that required her to return to the hospital for further …

Overall would recommend

We are not sure yet of the quality of care but the staff are all friendly and helpful. They did administer their flu drugs during the flu season and brought their meals to their room to avoid further exposure so that was great. Our folks haven't gotten involved with any activities yet but we have been trying to convince them to do a few things. Their memory is going so that may be the reason.

Great place!

My mother recently moved in and we have been very happy. The place is very clean and everyone has been incredibly kind. Multiple people have come by each day to check in, connect her with other residents so she feels welcome and included. The place always smells nice and clean, everything’s been updated and the location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. So happy with our choice

We moved our mother to Deerfield Village at the end of the summer. While the transition was hard for her at first, we are so happy and feel that we made the right decision. The staff is wonderful, they live her and she loves them. She has made friends with several people and the social interaction has made a huge difference in her overall demeanor. We finally get to have a relationship with her that is about more than her day to day needs. She is safe and looked after which gives us peace of mind.
