★★★★★
PositiveA welcoming staff, friendly to residents and visitors is important. As a family member I Treat staff and residents with appreciation and respect and it makes for a better experience.
★★★★★
PositiveMy cousin is sometimes challenging and the staff have been very good to her. I have always been very impressed by all the staff. There are good activities, it is definitely clean and food seems good. Her apartment is very large making it a bit more expensive than most.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are friendly and helpful. Food is okay, limited options. My father has been a bit unsettled for personal reasons so not participating yet in activities. It is not cheap but it is a good location (west side at least) welcoming staff and clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThe residents and staff are all very friendly. She felt at home right away and the staff is excellent and very caring. She had one medical crisis and they handled it well. They were not fully transparent about the end date of the move in special and it is now more expensive than planned.
★★★★★
PositiveThe friendliness of the staff is their strongest area. I can't say enough good things about them. The facility is so bright and cheerful due to the design of the building. The smaller size makes it so staff really know the residents. I truly can't believe how above and beyond the care givers go for the residents. Highly recommended.

CriticalThey failed to accurately assess my mother's condition. She needed a Memory Care facility not Assisted Living. As professionals in this area I depended on them. This failure led to my mother's condition worsening. While there she lost 16 Lbs. A total of 32 lbs lost in 6 weeks. She is better now.
