Experience at Murray Memory Care

Murray Highland Memory Care is a compassionate and thoughtfully designed community for individuals facing memory challenges. From the moment you step inside, you notice the warm and welcoming atmosphere that puts residents and their families at ease. The facility is clean, secure, and purposefully laid out to cater to the unique needs of memory care residents. The design incorporates calming colors, clear signage, and secure outdoor spaces, ensuring safety and comfort while promoting independence.

In the entryway are two very soiled and stained chairs, that appear to be that way for a LONG time, and it's the only place you can sit. If this is the first impression you want to show people, that says everything about the attention to detail. Staff and management were coughing with residents and prospective clients without masks. Staff are expected to work 12-hour shifts, and limited staff. Frequently staff cannot get another person to cover, so frequently come in sick!! Staff had to sign in on the minute and ou…
