Murray Highland is a beautifully designed modern building with high ceilings and large windows for abundant natural light. Residents enjoy private or shared suites, each climate controlled and with a private bathroom. The community’s professionally trained care staff are available around the clock to offer personalized support services, including assistance with activities of daily living, incontinence support, medication management, ambulatory assistance, assistance with eating, and more. Residents are also offered as-needed hourly safety checks and blood pressure monitoring, arrangement of additional medical care, and outside rehabilitation and physical therapies. Residents are offered nutritious chef-prepared meals daily with accommodations for dietary needs, as well as housekeeping and laundry services and beauty salon and barber services. Murray Highland offers daily activities and social opportunities tailored to residents’ individual needs and interests, and designed to engage the mental, physical, and emotional facets of each resident. The home features beautiful and airy common spaces, including a dining area, living room, an activities center, and a secure outdoor courtyard with comfortable patio furniture. CriticalIn the entryway are two very soiled and stained chairs, that appear to be that way for a LONG time, and it's the only place you can sit. If this is the first impression you want to show people, that says everything about the attention to detail. Staff and management were coughing with residents and prospective clients without masks. Staff are expected to work 12-hour shifts, and limited staff. Frequently staff cannot get another person to cover, so frequently come in sick!! Staff had to sign in on the minute and ou…
