What they could improve on would be Communication, but most of all, there's so many times there is no one watching them, my wife has drank floor cleaner because they didn't lock up their chemicals, by the grace of God she didn't drink bleach or drano, which would have killed here. Too many things to write. Very unhappy, for almost [Amount Removed] a month you'd think they could watch her, left her toilet plugged over night because they didn't want to plunge it they wanted to wait for the next day for maintenance ma…

They helped me navigate through so many options. The best help was bring in the phone and reviewing the emailed options. I could see the pictures, locations and the reviews. That was most helpful. We needed an option that would allow her cat and that filter was hard to do on my own.
