Overall is 5 stars ,every question or issue we had was immediately looked into and taken care of. The staff have been wonderful, allowing my mother-in-law to be the introvert she is, but still making sure she gets interaction without being pushy. The food is good, but mom does like to cook for herself to. It's nice that she's able to make and eat in her room if she wants. She likes the daily trash pick up and the weekly housekeeping. CriticalGood place and great value
We have had a great experience with everything except that residents are allowed to constantly wander unmonitored from room to room and take things that belong to other residents. Staff is not concerned and blows it off. Every time we go more things are missing so we have stopped bringing things that we know will keep her comfortable because it will be taken.
