Nice facility

The facility is a nice place, open and bright. The outside could use some updates but the inside is nice with large rooms and plenty of windows, wide hallways and spacious common areas. Most of the staff were attentive and nice. There did seem to be a good bit of turnover as I saw new faces fairly often but the core staff remained the same. I can't speak to how they were in patient care as my relative didn't need constant care.

[name removed] was outstanding! She was very supportive, extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about both my sister-in-law, as well as her critically ill husband. She couldn't have been any kinder to all of us. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and thorough. We all appreciated everything she did, and she went over and beyond what we could have ever expected. Quality care

Great staff. Friendly. They care about your loved ones. The only thing I would say is that they don't have enough staff for the amount of tenants.

Would recommend

Very friendly, they have different activities for the residents to keep them active. The rooms are very nice. They have a nice dining room and an activity room for playing bingo and such. They do the residents laundry and they also have an exercise room.

Elderville administrator is amazing

[name removed] is outstanding. She has gone over and above to help us in every manner possible. She has not only been concerned about my sister-in-law, the potential resident, but she has also been so helpful to her very ill husband and the rest of our family. We have been in constant contact during this whole procedure, and I can't say how much we all appreciate her!!

Nice Community

I don't have much experience to compare to but the process was simple, staff has been accommodating and kind, the facility is clean and nice with lots of light and comfortable shared space. The rooms are a nice size for one person. The food has not been great according to my aunt. I can't speak to it personally.
