What we like the most about the community is that everyone is friendly, upkeep (inside/out great), good location.

Independent Living

It was perfect for our needs. Mom is still independent. She doesn't need assisted living at this point. All the assisted living facilities that I looked at shared laundry facilities, didn't have a separate garage for each resident nor full kitchens. Emerald Cottages was perfect for her!

Great experience

We chose Emerald Cottages of Waco because it was the only one we found that fit all of our desires. Facilities like that are limited around here. The apartment sizes here are great, we are in a 2 bedroom. I would want others to know that the location and access to this facility are excellent. I would highly recommend to others.

I had a wonderful experience throughout my visit with Lynda and viewing the wonderful two bedroom two bath one car garage apartment floor plan. This apartment was beautiful and had everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant living style. Thank you, [name removed].

Beautiful Landscape

My husband and I are just in love with where we are living. We have lived in the country side all our life and moving here we still feel like we are. We’re behind the Barton Square Center so I can hop in my car and go there if I want to or go to a nearby restaurant. Everything is really convenient to get to; they even opened up a new H.E.B. This facility provides very nice two bedroom individual cottages with larges single garages on ground level. No steps to fight! There will be some construction in the area, as they finish the common area, and Central Texas Marketplace builds out the final open areas that are undeveloped. Probably two or three more stores depending on the size.
