PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that everyone is friendly, upkeep (inside/out great), good location.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was perfect for our needs. Mom is still independent. She doesn't need assisted living at this point. All the assisted living facilities that I looked at shared laundry facilities, didn't have a separate garage for each resident nor full kitchens. Emerald Cottages was perfect for her!
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Emerald Cottages of Waco because it was the only one we found that fit all of our desires. Facilities like that are limited around here. The apartment sizes here are great, we are in a 2 bedroom. I would want others to know that the location and access to this facility are excellent. I would highly recommend to others.

PositiveI went on a virtual tour using the Zoom application with [name removed] from Emerald Cottages of Waco. I had a wonderful experience throughout my visit with Lynda and viewing the wonderful two bedroom two bath one car garage apartment floor plan. This apartment was beautiful and had everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant living style. Thank you, [name removed].

PositiveThis facility provides very nice two bedroom individual cottages with larges single garages on ground level. No steps to fight! There will be some construction in the area, as they finish the common area, and Central Texas Marketplace builds out the final open areas that are undeveloped. Probably two or three more stores depending on the size.
