[Name Removed] was great and very professional. A nurse was suppose to change a wound clinic wound and they did not the 2 weeks [Name Removed] was there. We paid for a month of respite care with the understanding we would be reimbursed on days not there. [Name Removed]was there 16 days and a month has gone by with no reimbursement.

I had a week to find a place for my 92 yr old mom after she broke 4 ribs and needed surgery on something else. I narrowed it down and looked at 4 places. Emerald Springs was beautiful. The grounds immaculate with lots of shady spots to read or visit. Inside walks down the halls were interesting with unique artwork and resident display nooks outside their rooms. The property is lovely. There are many courtyards and out door spaces that residents can enjoy or gather. My dad's room has a small patio so he can sit and enjoy being outside. The interior is spacious with many areas for residents to gather with friends or simply enjoy being in the common areas chatting with residents as they pass.

The staff at Emerald Springs Senior Living is amazing, so friendly, professional and very helpful. The marketing director, [name removed], explained everything in detail and even though my moms apartment was not ready when she was discharged from rehab, they had a guest suite that she stayed in until her apartment was ready. The nursing staff is great, very attentive. Communication is very good from all departments. It's a very clean facility and they clean my mom's apartment every week.
