PositiveI really like this place, a little out of price range but might be able to make it work. [name removed] is amazing. She gave me lots of info. I had very few questions that she answered. This is my #1 choice so far. Have a few more to tour.

PositiveExcellent communication with nursing staff, Jan especially. I don't hear any comments that the food is bad...I've seen the menu printed up for lunch and dinner so you know what is offered. I know they offer shopping trips bowling and inside activities like bingo and people play card games etc.

PositiveFairmont is a very welcoming, family oriented community. The staff and residents are all friendly and supportive of each other. My mom enjoyed the food. My only concern was I felt more frequent check-ins during the night shift were needed in my Mom's case.
