PositiveGreat staff
We chose Family Tree Assisted Living because of their friendliness and how much they seemed to care for the residents. Their staff is great . I just think one more person would help.

PositiveThe director and the other staff members really care about the residents. I would recommend Family Tree and so would my sister and niece as well!

PositiveWe needed to find an assisted living place for my [age removed] year old father, [name removed] with dementia. He had been living with us for 6 yrs. He'd broken his hip in a large assisted senior home. We are happy that we took a chance on Family Tree. They are the most kind, sincerely, caring & professional people. They put the "care" into caregivers.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff are wonderful but the environment was not the best for what my loved one needed. They were very friendly until we decided to leave. Once we gave notice they were not friendly at all. This is more of a hospice community or for someone at end of life. There are not a lot of activities and there is no transportation for outings. This community is not good for someone that is capable of doing these things and getting around.
★★★★★
PositiveThe community treated my loved ones like family. The communication was good between the community and our family. They kept us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others.
