They have a responsive staff, and it is a clean environment. The rooms are nice-sized. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

This facility, especially the individual rooms are NOT handicapped friendly.

Nice but Disillusioning

The apartments at Fox Ridge are not wheelchair friendly AT ALL. Difficult access to both upper and lower cabinets and closet space, and doorways, while possible, are tight. If you are limited to a wheelchair it is also difficult to change rooms if a bigger one becomes available with a "zero-step-in shower... unless YOU want to pay for installing / renovation... have to pay them to improve their property... I would also recommend a interior camera that records.

Friendly staff, kind care giving, welcoming community where families can visit their loved one and be involved with.....

We would rate the activities higher if it was allowed. I wish my parents could have stayed there for a lot longer than they did. My mom progressive declined and had a stroke and is now in a skilled nursing facility and Dad is living with us. Their activities were amazing! They have lots of events and invite families and make you feel welcome. And their food was so good and they let families come eat with their loved ones and it's [fee removed] a meal!!! A perfect fit for Mom

We chose Fox Ridge of Chenal because of the location, care available, quality of living and public spaces offered. My mom has really enjoyed her experience there. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a high end place.

Review for Fox Ridge of Chenal

I would tell them they have lots of activities and parties that families are invited to. I'd tell them the food is good and that my parents are receiving adequate care. I would tell them I think they have trouble with staff turn over and trouble staffing in general. Even though there are problems I would still recommend Foxridge Chenal over an other places we visited and based on things I've heard from others about assisted living communities in the area.
