PositiveI live in Lawrenceville,Ga and was able to visit my Aunt [name removed] once while she was in Franklin Manor .She looked well and eating lunch that she was enjoying. The staff was patient and pleasant. Her room was nice and in order. I don't think she participated in activities, is a quiet shy person.

PositiveMy father was only there for 25 days before he passed away but overall they seem to do a good job for him. For our brief experience with them they seemed very nice and caring. I visited every day and never saw anything bad or inappropriate going on.

PositiveI think it is extremely expensive plus they add in a doctor coming in so that is extra even with [name removed] in hospice care. They have recently had a whole new staff come in from director down and it has been pretty good since then. Based on the experience we have had so far, I think I would recommend this community to other families.

PositiveThe staff at Franklin Manor is always friendly, nice and helpful. My mom had a very hard time adjusting to her move. They placed her at a dining table with three other women that have similar personalities to her. She’s become great friends with them (dubbed “the golden girls”), they hang out together outside of mealtimes. Franklin Manor host events for birthdays and holidays; we’re excited to go to our first on the Fourth of July.

CriticalAfter five months at FM, my Dad died. After many needless trips to the hospital, there was no peaceful passing for him as there could have been if Hospice had been allowed to engage fully.
