[name removed] has been at Gateway Gardens since end of August. She is very happy there and says only positive things about it all. Says food, staff , mangers, room & services for laundry and cleaning all going well. I have had assistance with anything I needed so yes would be a positive recommendation. Nothing I can think of that's negative so far. There was one issue on fees that was not clear before moving in but that was resolved quickly.

CriticalThe food use to be very good. Now the food is not very good and it's small amounts. There is not very much entertainment ever since the new company has taken over . The quality is not like it use to be.. The staff are very helpful

Management is friendly, agreeable and trying. But they fall short in execution of things like changing hearing aide batteries, and giving showers on schedule since she is unstable standing. Mom loves the staff and feels they are very caring. Think the activities director needs to be more 1 on 1 with residents to get them involved in activities or perhaps find some to involve residents more.

This facility is terrific. I would write a five for all eight categories. Gateway villas is very clean. The people are very friendly very kind very helpful and there's plenty of activities for all the residents to participate in.

What I like the most about Gateway Villas is the Family atmosphere, rapid response to problems. My main complaint has been the response time of the attendants caused in large part by staffing issues. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families even though I don't have much to compare however.
