This is a great place to be if you don't require any help or care. The facility is beautiful, and the NON-nursing staff is great! But the nursing staff doesn't provide the care services that are being paid for by the residents. Most residents aren't bathed. CNAs don't properly clean up after residents. The nursing staff will complain and retaliate if you ask them to actually do their job. Management knows it and does nothing, and still charges the residents. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The food is good and my mom thinks the dining staff are very nice. The apartment is a good size, kitchen, living room ,bedroom and bathroom are nice. The flooring / carpeting was new when my mom moved in. There are activities every day. My mom has gone to several activities and she enjoys them. The activities staff are very friendly.
