Visiting a friend

During my visit with a friend, [name removed], I noticed the updated decor and a delicious meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. This community has a home like feel.

The care was never there

His care was nonexistent. Daily needs were not met. Staff were unable to tell me what the blood born pathogen's protocol was. He had emergency EMS pick him up repeatedly without even cleaning up the entire area of his accident. They acted as if it was all new to them. It was a nightmare, all the things they listed he needs but he NEVER received the help with anything.

Feels like home!

Really good! Staff and residents are very friendly and truly make you feel like home. Even when I had some criticisms, the people here listen and I feel like they care.

Great place to live

Highly recommend StoryPoint vs what we experienced elsewhere. Residents well taken care of, housekeeping and nursing is tremendous.
