PositiveThe staff learned my father's preferences in food and in adjusting the temperature in the room for him. My father should've been able to adjust the temp himself but seemed to struggle with it. He wanted to be warm in the daytime but liked it cold to sleep. They allowed hospice to care for him in his room allowing my dad to die in his new home. They didn't insist that we be out in a day or two - allowing us time to get everything out (within a week) and then much to our surprise - they refunded us money for the late…

CriticalThe move-in experience was upsetting from the start. Staff stated there were too many belongings and that items would need to be removed, even though everything was still packed in boxes. Medication management was also concerning. Nighttime medications were administered in a disruptive manner, requiring her to be awakened multiple times, which was not acceptable. Activities were listed on the calendar, but several outings were canceled due to participation requirements, which was disappointing. All of these issues …
