The overall experience is 5 stars. The staff is wonderful. I have participated in many activities and just returned from a baseball game. I like the fact that I can choose to participate or I can relax in my apartment. The food is pretty good. We have weekly meetings with the director where we discuss what is being done well and where improvements might be made. Management is very receptive to residents input. A nice community that makes it feel like home

So on all categories I would give a 5. My mother loves being at Goddard House, her apartment is perfect. She loves the staff members and is very happy there. It is close to us, convenient to the area she knows. People were great, residents were friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families, they have been very helpful.

A great place for your parents

I love this facility. It's a great place for my mom. She's active and meeting new people here. I'm very pleased with it. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They're very short staffed right now in the dining area and that's been a challenge. The staff that they do have is great, they just need a few more people. Communication with the family is excellent. Housekeeping is once a week and they do very well. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I toured this facility and it was very nice and also close to home. It's an older facility, but very clean. My loved one thought the rooms themselves were nice, but too enclosed and seemed a little dark. She didn't really like it, so we kept on with our search.
