Love this place! Staff and nurse Ester were all so caring and helpful. Very clean facility. We did have a rough start to move in and accept new home. But with the loving staff she ended up being happy there.

We like that he is kept out of his room for most of the day - being with the other patients & workers. He's in rehab now & is in his room all day. That makes for a very long day.

Very clean & the staff is very helpful & friendly. The food is not always plentiful - some of the patients need more to eat than than others. Also, I see a lot of soup being served. They are very helpful is letting me speak to [name removed] on the days that I can't visit him . One of the staff takes a phone to him if he is in the sitting area or close by. Overall I am pleased that we placed him there.

I actually witnessed an altercation between staff. And staff was very rude to some of the residents. We had to monitor closely when it came to the care. The food was terrible and not as described when we signed up. The activities were way oversold. Pretty much just watching tv. Did not experience any organized activities. The price point seems reasonable. It was not a good experience for dad. Because facility was new, it was clean and kept clean. Seems it was more about lack of leadership and lack of competent and…
