PositiveWe are in love with Grand Brook and their staff. We know our loved one is being loved on and cared for. We have been there since February and it is absolutely the right place for our loved one to be! I would rate all but the food as 5 and the food as 4 only because I personally would like to see more salads and fruit.
Response from the communityHello and thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad your family feels the love, that’s what it’s all about. We appreciate the feedback on the menu options and will be sure to share it with our team. Grateful to have you as part of our Grand Brook family! Grand Brook Allen Team

PositiveWe moved our mom to this facility from a different place and the change in her was remarkable. The staff was wonderful and really put forth the extra effort to care for her with compassion and kindness. Mom had been at two other facilities before we found Grand Brook and we all wish she had gone there first. If you’re looking for the right place don’t look any further.
Response from the communityHi Dayna, Thank you so much for sharing this and for trusting us with your mom’s care. We’re truly honored to have made a difference in her life and walk alongside your family. It means everything to hear she felt the compassion and kindness of our team. With much love, Grand Brook of Allen

PositiveMy mom was at another highly-regarded memory care center for 2.5 years prior to her transfer to Grand Brook. My dad and I thought that things were *ok* at the other place, but the difference in my mom since the move to Grand Brook Twin Creeks has been HUGE. My mom has (what I think is) Frontotemporal Dementia, and the staff has been AMAZING with her. Not only do they take excellent care of my mom…but they also involve my mom in daily activities. The staff have figured out how to get my mom out of her room, and that…
Response from the communityHi Tara, we’re so touched by your kind words and grateful to be part of your mom’s journey. Hearing about the difference you’ve seen in her and how our team has supported her—and your family—truly warms our hearts. We care deeply about making every resident feel loved and valued, and it means so much to know that’s been your experience. It’s an honor to have your mom part of our Grand Brook family, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to keep her engaged, cared for, and cherished. Thank you for sharing her with us! Much love from the Grand Brook Allen team

PositiveThis is the second place my mom has been since diagnosed with dementia as well as late stage alzheimer's. Admittedly, she can be a difficult patient. [name removed] and the incredible staff at Grandbrook have gone above and beyond to bring her into their community and given her a soft place to land. Their patience, empathy and skills have not only created an incredible community for her, but given me a peace of mind I haven't felt since I can't remember.
Response from the communityWe’re truly honored to have your mom part of our Grand Brook Allen family. Jeanine and her team understand how challenging this journey can be, and they are committed to creating a loving and nurturing home for both our residents and their families. Your peace of mind means the world to us! Thank you for sharing your experience. With love, Grand Brook Memory Care
