[name removed]and several of the staff were very helpful to us and they handled a tough situation very well. I would recommend Greenridge because it was managed well for having a patient that needed full time care the rooms are very nice with big windows and with the habitat bathroom connected food was really good and all the staff and other patients were friendly

My dad passed away in [date removed] and then my mom went downhill really fast after that. She was in the hospital 32 days and kept getting denied being able to go to a rehab facility. We literally didn’t know what to do for her so I contacted A Place For Mom. Greenridge Estates was their first choice for us, and honestly, they were a God send! Truly, they went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for or imagined. She was only there for three weeks and then she passed, but it was a very difficult three wee…

Criticalroom for improvement
There has been a lot of staff turnover across the staff, they are currently on their 3rd director, a few nurses, a number of med techs and kitchen directors/cooks. Some of the staff are friendly and others not so much. Some staff are excellent, some are beginners. There is just not enough staff, very short on weekends. The meals vary, there are a lot of carbs and fats, usually soup - again due to the turnovers. The activities are great! A consistent and present director. The residents were able to eat in the dining room before COVID, and they were all very attentive to them. The rooms are great, our loved one has a one bedroom and the windows are a big plus, she can look out and see the grass and the wild animals.
