Don’t be fooled

The facility is beautiful. The OT, PT and social services went above and beyond. The nursing care is TERRIBLE. They left my dad on the commode several times for 45 minutes after he called for them. After we reported it, it didn’t get much better. It caused him to not feel safe in their care. They scheduled a release day and he fell the day before, no one came for SEVERAL minutes once he called for help. He had to yell to finally get someone. The head nurse practitioner is awful. She REFUSED to sign off on my dad’s …

Very nice facility with exceptional staff where most have been working there for several years. They take a personal approach with each patient. The food is good too. 5 stars for Wellbrooke. Mom was very well taken care of.

Glitzy Appearance Hides Serous Mistakes

This is one of the most poorly managed facilities you’ll encounter. Errors in administrations amount to illegal financial mismanagement; errors in medication and unsafe set up in terms of no medic alert pendants; residents left alone in showering. Looks good and kept clean but you should take a pass and keep your loved one safe elsewhere.

This was my second stay at WOA. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Everyone was kind, compassionate and very helpful. The physical therapists are top notch! WOA is a 5 star facility!
