The staff really cares for the residents. Upper management needs to focus more on retaining the staff and meeting the needs of the residents instead of worrying about what furniture needs to be in the lobby.

Rate it a 4 they were very helpful. Always ask questions how they treat you when you come into there facility how did the staff treat you was the place clean talk to the staff while you take the tour what all to they offer for your love one at the facility to make sure that they provide what your love one needs also cost, price, etc.

CriticalI toured Harmony and another facility before deciding to have my dad join Harmony. The building has a nice 'home' feel to it. My dad is right down the hall from dining, nurse, front desk, activities all the goodies which I'm grateful for since he can't walk long distance. Everyone I have met have been very pleasant and do seem to listen and care for what I have to say which made me feel so much better under the circumstances. Their care is terrible and I would not recommend someone sending their family members there. My loved ones room has roaches everywhere. We had several trips to the hospital after supposedly falling several times and escaped the so called locked unit.

Positive[name removed] was great, very friendly and helpful. I would have rated higher, but the apartments that were available to view had not been completed. As a retired maintenance manager, I would consider hiring a contractor to come in and knock these units out as soon as they become available. You never get a 2nd 1st impression.
