Vitality Living Columbia

The tour was great. The people were great. I liked the facility and one of the people who works with Fox, Ansley, who used to take care of my mom at another facility. Mom was excited when I told her she was now at Vitality. There were several residents walking at sitting around and the dining room was nice. I have sent the material to my mom who I want to make the decision since she will live wherever we choose. I would say it is the current leader, but I haven't talked to her yet.

Life at Vitality

Staff and residents very friendly. Food in dining room is very good. Have had to ask a lot of questions so only suggestion for improvement would be to inform resident and family how things are done.

Vitality Living Columbia

The facility is understaffed and not clean. Residents are left unsupervised for extended periods of time. My mother escaped and was found by the police. The facility did not know she was missing. We moved my mother to a new facility and are very pleased with Wildewood Downs. We remain fearful for the residents at Vitality.

Beautiful facility. ( I would not mind living there myself) [Name Removed] was great showing me around Assisted Living. I did not tour the memory care but plan to do so in the near future ...

Staff very friendly and showed us all around the facility. Very nice place. We are in the process of choosing a room and looking forward to seeing our loved one all settled in.
