PositiveThe tour was great. The people were great. I liked the facility and one of the people who works with Fox, Ansley, who used to take care of my mom at another facility. Mom was excited when I told her she was now at Vitality. There were several residents walking at sitting around and the dining room was nice. I have sent the material to my mom who I want to make the decision since she will live wherever we choose. I would say it is the current leader, but I haven't talked to her yet.

Staff and residents very friendly. Food in dining room is very good. Have had to ask a lot of questions so only suggestion for improvement would be to inform resident and family how things are done.

The facility is understaffed and not clean. Residents are left unsupervised for extended periods of time. My mother escaped and was found by the police. The facility did not know she was missing. We moved my mother to a new facility and are very pleased with Wildewood Downs. We remain fearful for the residents at Vitality.
