The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and there are several choices at each meal. They involved my mom in the activities. My mom has been there for a short time. I would recommend them to others and they give NJEA members 15% off each month which helps with the cost.

I would give every category a 5. Harmony Village has been a great experience for my mother. 1. First was the staff's support physically getting my mother in there. Very confusing time for an Alzheimer's patient and they could not have been more supportive. 2. Daily activities have greatly improved my mother's quality of life. The staff is actively engaged with the residents. 3. The nursing care has been excellent. They notice changes in my mother's health early. They coordinated 2 hospital stays my mother has ha…

The staff is exceptional. They were beyond accommodating. We had to expedite moving my mother in for a number of reasons. My family wasn't sure if we'd be able to get my mother to go, but the Harmony Village staff took charge welcoming her and made it as easy on my family as possible. My mother has been happy there since she arrived and we believe that the staff is genuinely concerned with her welfare. Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend Harmony Village at Stanwick Road.

Hi, my dad has dementia. He is on a memory care unit. I feel disappointed in a few areas. They do not have enough patient care assistants(PCA). They have 2 on day shift, two on evening and one at night. My dad has fallen at least 6 to 8 times in the two months he has been there. The PCAs are spread too thin. It all falls on them..for the price we are paying, we would be better served with more help. The nurses are caring, they always update us to any changes(major++). The PCAs are caring and kind..but there are not…

I am very happy that my husband is there. He is well taken-care-of. The staff ( in particular the people who take care of him on a day to day basis) are caring, friendly and courteous. I like that I'm able to interact with them and feel like they are my friends as well as caregivers for my husband. I would imagine just about all the families of the residents feel the same as I do. I like it for a number of reasons. It is a newer facility, it is bright and cheerful, it is all one floor and not huge, so it feels home…
