The facility was really nice and the apartments seemed spacious. However, we realized that the distance to my very regular appointment was too far.

Exceeded expectations

havenwood has been phenomenal. They were very patient in working through the original financing. It is always clean. The staff is personable and very friendly. The same person opens the door each time Line there they know me by name. They know my mom by name and they are very supportive and working through a difficult process of aging parents I could not recommend them higher. they have activities throughout the day they give the resident options whether or not to join, but are also very inclusive at the same time…

Companion in the building

I am a companion for seniors and I have been visiting my client at Havenwood of Richfield for 3+ years. It is a beautiful facility, with a warm welcoming feel. Everyone I interact with meets me with a smile from [name removed] at the front desk, to our awesome quality life specialists (aides), activity coordinators, residents and their family members. If I was looking for a place for myself or a loved one to live, Havenwood of Richfield would be at the top of my list.

I think it was kind of a rough start. I feel like a lot of things got missed. The first time I visited the staff stood around in the kitchen chatting. No interaction between staff and residents. The staff is very nice and helpful if you seek them out. My next visits were better, but again not much interactions. I feel like my Dad has been lost this whole time on what she was getting and what he expected. I am not sure what was told to him The meetings with Social worker and nurse director helped a lot.
