About HeartHomes at Bay Ridge

HeartHomes at Bay Ridge provides assisted living and memory care services for up to sixteen residents in a single-level, homelike community. We’re situated in historic Annapolis, Maryland adjacent to a beautiful park. Bright, comfortably appointed common areas invite residents to spend time with friends, sit outside for a spell in our enclosed backyard, or simply relax with a good book, and always know compassionate care is easily within reach. We aim to preserve the dignity of those in our care by celebrating their unique lives, personalities, and abilities. Community Amenities and Services We seek input from residents and their families to ensure the support they receive meets their expectations and preferences. As needs evolve, there’s no reason to say goodbye to your new extended family and move away as our care keeps pace with you. Activities and spaces we offer are designed to be stimulating and maximize independence for residents across varied levels of abilities and cognitive function. Our vibrant calendar aims to promote holistic well-being by offering enriching activities for mind, body, and spirit. We also take group outings into the local area. At no extra cost, furnishings are provided, including a bed, dresser, nightstand, chair, and lamp. Just bring your favorite personal belongings and we’ll take care of the rest. Each suite also includes a private bathroom and an emergency response system. Care Types Offered HeartHomes at Bay Ridge operates an assisted living program , which in the state of Maryland is a residential- or facility-based program that provides housing and supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance, health-related services, or a combination that meets the needs of residents.
