Heather Glen was beautiful. I couldn't have picked a better place for my mother. The staff was wonderful and attentive if we ever had questions, they were there to answer them help us navigate through different things especially like the medication process. My mother, unfortunately, only had one month of her life to live in Heather Glen. She was able to do some activities, but her health declined kind of rapidly. Staff very friendly and supportive. Very helpful in transporting to Dr Appointments. They provide multiple activities throughout the day and week. They could do a little better in accommodating guests with more traditional meals and more fresh vegetables. Overall, a very good experience.

We chose HG over other facilities due to the kindness of the staff and beautiful facility. My mother was well taken care of for most of her time at HG. While she was independent and had easily managed medical issues, she thrived. We were very pleased. When her physical condition declined, she was unable to return and we had to find a new facility for her. They sold HG as a facility where she could live until the end.
