★★★★★
PositiveI recently toured five communities and found Rittenhouse Village to be the best fit for my brother. Upon entering I was warmly greeted. The community felt like home away from home and offers a calm environment with several small group or individual seating areas, activity room, library, cozy restaurant, theater room, a beautiful and secure walking path in a natural setting, and clean, sufficient personal living space rooms. The resident dog and cat add a calming effect to the environment. [Name Removed], the direct…

PositiveMy experience was very good and extremely educational. The facility is beautiful and very well kept. Thank you for your time and patience.
★★★★★
CriticalFood-heavy carbs, light protein, very little fresh. Frequently no napkins or flatware (plastic). Staff was generally pleasant. Activities staff very enthusiastic, but limited activities for someone like my husband with limited capabilities. The TV programs during the evening hours did not seem appropriate-extreme violence, profanity, etc. The room was ok. Generally the unit could be cleaner. Dark and depressing hallways.
Response from the communityThank you very much for your feedback. This review has been shared with the Executive Director, Doug Cressman. He is looking forward to discussing your feedback.

PositiveFacilities are great, always clean so that's great. As far as staff , they have a turnover rate and that hurts residents when it comes to trusting who's taking care of their needs. The long time staff members are great it's the turnover rates with the aides that's bothersome. Sorry if that's not what you asked for unfortunately that's not helpful for the residents.
