Would Recommend

They were very friendly, knew who we were, made sure our questioned got answered. Administrative was sometimes slower than expected with answers, but we got them. I would recommend Heatheridge Assisted Living to others looking for care for their loved ones.

When my loved one is ill and something happens they are not notifying anyone in the family. I mean outside of that he is good but the communication is awful.

A Godsend

Their staff went above and beyond helpful, from aiding us in moving her in, to seeing after her daily wants and needs Mom never had a complaint while living there, and made quick friends with the residents and staff. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, positive and prompt in helping in any way they could. Heather Ridge was frankly, an absolute godsent in our lives and the life of our mother/mother in law. She was in serious financial trouble, having been evicted from her previous nursing home when her …

Heatheridge is not fancy, but the staff and residents are loving, kind and truly caring

The meals are superb. Staff are very personable. Housekeeping will do whatever you need. The move in process was quick. I would recommend this facility to others.
