PositiveI would give all a 5 except for the activities. I would have to say that "Activities" are N/A. My sister was non mobile and only there for 3 months before passing. They would move my sister to the tv room often during her first couple months. This could be considered activities. This was better than leaving her lying in bed all day. So a 5 for all!

CriticalIt was quick and easy to move him in it runs pretty smooth even though they are under staffed the bathroom is the only issue. I tell everyone you guys are there to take some of the burden off in the hardest decision we have to make saved us a lot of time searching for the right place.

PositiveI would say the facility is outdated and needs upgrades, but the folks inside wrap their arms around your loved one for loving care on a daily basis.

PositiveI can not give a high rating on food or activities as I have not visited the facility during meal time or activities. But I would assume that based on all other ratings that these would be at least a 4 or higher. We would most definitely recommend the community to others. I decided to move my sister to this facility after my first visit. It feels more like a home setting. PositiveI LOVE Helping Hands. The staff has shown a sincere concern for my mom's wellbeing. A prescription was called in late one evening and a staffer went to get it. Neither would have happened at [removed]. It would have taken at least 2 days there. A staff member is sticking her head in mom's room every hour or 2 just to check in. And the staffers don't steal snacks. We could NOT be happier with Helping Hands.
