Staff seemed to love their jobs & the residents. They tried really hard with my husband, but he fell several times& was angry because he was away from me. He was not adjusting so I was asked to bring him home. He needed more mental challenges & more physical help. They were geared more to just simple dementia than his Parkinson's. (In memory unit) We need a place here specifically for Parkinson's patients! I did think they took good care of their residents & would be a good place for many families!

We had a great experience here with my loved one. They took really good care of him. The whole thing was wonderful. He loved the staff, they were great. My loved one is a picky eater, but the food was good. They had a variety of activities and encouraged him to participate. The staff didn't let him just sit there and not engage. Their motto is " We are a family". They treat their residents like family members. I have recommended them to friends. We have had a few issues with the food. They serve a lot of fried food. The room sizes are good. The Heritage is a little smaller size community which is nice. They have an outdoor patio and a front porch. We have been happy there. The staff is great, they are very responsive.

The outdoor area for the memory care patients was small, with no place to get out of the sun, and nothing to do. Outdoor activity is important for my Mom.
