My Experience

The apartment is very nice as are the amenities such as pubs, and bingo, a puzzle room, a library...etc...I do not really use any of the amenities but I know people enjoy them Having the restaurant is obviously a big plus If I had anything negative it would be about the Bistro? When is it open? What do they serve and when? I have stopped by many times and nobody is there I would keep the dining room open until 6:30 and leave the front door unlocked until then I know I am 20-25 years younger then the median age I…

Review for Heritage at Irene Woods

Some minor confusion on what comes with various levels of care like independent living vs assisted. One or two delay maintenance issues. Staff are incredible! Room size if great. Lots of activities available.

Heritage at Irene Woods

When it comes to the care service's its a 4 from aids, 2 from some nursing staff. Activities we liked even though Mom didn't join in. Yes, we would recommend Heritage at Irene Woods to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Friendliest people

All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have quickly learned how to accommodate my dad who is speech impaired. Staff and residents have been welcoming and encourage my dad to participate in activities. Apartments are larger than average, especially for the price. Our only struggle has been the bathroom configuration and size of shower since he is in a wheelchair.
