Surrounded by sprawling trees, open fields, and a handful of health care facilities, our community is located in a quiet yet accessible area of Burleson, Texas. We’re an independent living community that strives to create an environment where residents can truly flourish and embrace the freedoms of retirement. Without the stresses and endless chores that come with owning a home, residents can spend their newfound free time building relationships and exploring their interests, which we believe to be core pillars of overall wellness. Community Amenities and Services We understand the value that a strong sense of community and companionship can have on overall wellness, so we design our wellness programs with that in mind. We do our best to incorporate all aspects of physical, mental, and emotional health into every planned activity and care service. Residents can feed their spirits with Bible study, tend to the raised-bed gardens, or enjoy a rousing game of pool in the billiards room. For those seeking more relaxing activities, we have a lovely selection to peruse in the library, an arts and crafts room, and plenty of indoor and outdoor common areas to chat with friends and family. Our overall goal is to simplify the lives of our residents so they can fully embrace their retirement. Residents enjoy weekly linen and housekeeping services and three delicious meals a day in our grand dining room. Scheduled and unscheduled transportation services are available, as well as 24-hour concierge service. Whatever your needs may be, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Living Arrangements At Heritage Place Independent Living, residents have three spacious apartment floor plans to choose from. The Tradition floor plan is our smallest: It’s set up like a studio apartment and is thoughtfully designed to include ample storage space, a kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. Tribute is our one-bedroom deluxe apartment, and it includes a full kitchen plus a spacious living room area that can accommodate dining furniture as well. Finally, there’s our Legacy floor plan, which has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet plus its own bathroom. The darling bay windows let in lots of natural light and offer views of the surrounding landscape. Pets are welcome here as well, so you and your four-legged friends can retire comfortably together. Whichever apartment you choose, we’re sure you’ll feel right at home at Heritage Place.
