CriticalDisappointed but Honest
The elevators are a huge problem daily. The lobby smells like a septic tank most days. They need to have a convenient smoking area. The staff does keep the hallways and lobby clean.

PositiveAfter living in an assisted facility, I moved to Hermitage Senior Apartments. It is so much better with a lot to offer seniors, including privacy. It is quiet and the residents are friendly and considerate. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a good facility.

PositiveMy brother is the resident. [Name Removed] He has really enjoyed living there. Everyone was great from start to finish. It was a great sadness when [Name Removed], the marketing manager, passed away suddenly.[Name Removed] gave us the initial tour and we signed up for[Name Removed] unit that day. Everyone was very helpful to [Name Removed] while he has lived there. Unfortunately his needs are growing more towards needing assisted living rather than independent living and he will soon move out of state to be closer …

PositiveI give 5 because the cleanness is acceptable and above all we love having the security of the front desk. I would absolutely recommend to others.

PositiveIt is me. I live here because of Adam. He sold me on this place in about an hour. He is why I moved in here. I have Parkinson’s. My children wanted me here as well. We love it. The kind people made the experience positive.

CriticalUsed to live here a month ago. Bed bugs. Laundry in basement. Lies. Said rent was $[removed], great. Turns out after you've lived there for a month it goes up to $[removed]. You heard that right. How is that even legal? Messy community, bad food, lost power last winter for 3 weeks and we STILL had to pay full rent. All the residents feel like this, but they make sure to hide them during the tour. Please, if you care about the person you're looking for, avoid this place at all costs. There is 17 floors of apartments…
