Concerned that the community had been through so many Executive Directors since my mother had been a resident. The new Executive Director is not warm at all for someone that’s new. Good luck if you want an update from the new head Nurse. Multiple emails and calls and then she has someone who isn’t a nurse reach back out in her behalf. I think this is the best decision I could've ever done. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If I have questions, they are always more than happy to answer them or find out what the answer would be. My mom's room is always very clean. They're always on top of keeping her laundry and bedding clean. I think the rest of the facilities is an excellent shape For a single occupant unit with a full bathroom, I don't think you could find a better facility. During my loved one's less than 48 hour stay, I encountered a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide proper notice regarding important matters. Just in the food has changed. It was great when dad got there. Been going downhill. Not as many choices. Dad felt he got sick from eating bad food a few weeks ago. I would recommend and have. A friend of dad's just moved in to the memory care building .
