I knew the day would come when my mom would need to move from Assisted Living to Memory Care. The staff were extremely supportive during the move and my mom is happy, more engaged and flourishing. Her shared room size is small but she is rarely in her room. I have had to follow up and sometimes escalate about a few things but she loves the activities and is thriving!

The staff is great at Highlands of Rome. [Name Removed] was very helpful and assuring. I met with [Name Removed] the resident care coordinator and she is very polite. I could tell she cares for her residents and staff. [Name Removed] is sweet and makes life fun for the residents. These girls are the heart of Rome Highlands. I enjoy each visit I have here.

The staff was professional understood our needs. Protected momma. Thank you momma was a very special person and parent. She will be missed by many.

My mom is really social and the activities director is amazing. Young and really loves her job. Great activities! Unfortunately the other residents haven't been welcoming to my mom (she is the only Black resident) so she keeps to herself otherwise. But the residential staff have been great about keeping an eye on her. Communication regarding some of my mom's initial ADL challenges wasn't good from management. It's improving though per usual I have to stay on top of things. I do like that one of the administrative s…

A Great Place for Mom.

What we like the most about the community is that their administrative staff is excellent and committed to doing their best for the residents. The food is good. The staff handle any issues that arise with care and clear communication
