Love where I live

I moved to Rosewood Park one year ago. I am so happy here and with my apartment. The staff is awesome, everyone so friendly and helpful,I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone. The food has really improved since they hired the new Culinary Director. The Activity Director is awesome. There are so many activies you can do if you are able and are interested. If you tried to do them all you would be in your apartment just to sleep. Everything is so clean here. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job …

Caring staff would recommend

5 for all. My mom is in hospice and no longer there but she loved it there and I was impressed with it. Also the residents there all seemed to like the place. I would recommend it if ever asked where to look. The only issue with the place is the hallway carpets are discolored from age.

Thankful for Rosewood Park

Our family feels very fortunate to have found Rosewood Park for Mom. In all of our visits the location is what we hoped for. Very friendly residents, and staff. It's clean and a nice atmosphere. Most importantly, Mom is very happy at Rosewood and loves the community.

Wonderful management!

I went in to tour the facility and I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. The sales manager came to say hi as well as the executive director who was very friendly and made me feel at home. I hope I can visit again soon!

Great experience

My loved one was a resident at Rosewood Park. Overall, everything was great and our experience at this facility was great. The staff was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great, also. I would recommend this facility to others, based off of our experience.

Disappointing experience

I chose the community out of desperation because of immediate availability but it was not a good experience. The caregivers that were steady were excellent but the new and constant rolling over staff were not so good and didn't last long. The food started off good and then changed and declined. i would not recommend this community to other families. I had to be there all the time to stay of top of things for her and make sure she got the care she needed.
